Teacher Jenn taught 1st and 2nd grade at elementary schools in San Francisco before moving to Alameda in 2005. That experience showed her first hand the developmental areas that children need to be successful in during the first crucial years of schooling.

While earning her teaching credential at St. Mary’s, Jennifer concentrated on early childhood literature and compliled a vast library of critically acclaimed books for children, which are shared with the children of Violet’s House every day at story time.
